Poor return service and overzealous sales – Attention prior to purchase was good, however sales assistants said EVERYTHING looked good, which was not the case. Two of the skirts I tried on pulled across the front and back, clearly a bad fit. Assistants were eager to sell me just about anything, but when it came time to return, which I did within a week , (30 day limit) with tags on, AND a receipt, their attitude changed from a helpful one to one of cold reserve.
