A sales associate at the Mall of America location lied to me and scammed me while I was picking up an online order!! She canceled the order WHILE I WAS THERE PICKING IT UP, told me that I had only reserved the item, and then rang it up at full price (it had been on sale online). Unbelievable. I recommend caution if you choose to shop at this location.
UPDATE: Called the number in the reply below provided by the owner and they offered no help, still told me I had to drive 2 hours to the nearest store to return. I ended up making the drive to return the product. Got nothing in return out of the whole situation for their continuous mistakes. I had a very frustrating experience with a pickup order. My wife ordered 3 items for pickup, but somehow, 2 items were mistakenly set to ship. We called the store, and they assured us they’d cancel the shipping part of the order so we co... read more
