RecommendedWe met with Joe Cramasta and he was the most professional salesperson we ever met. He showed us the trailer, explained all the systems and features and then went back outside so my wife and I could discuss the purchase. Most salesmen are walking on your heels all the time. At delivery, the person that showed us everything (I think his name was Bill) was exceptionally thorough. We don't ever remember anyone covering every little item so we were sure we understood. I can’t say enough about how great this dealership is. We met Billy Ray at the RV show is AC and from then to completion he was nothing but helpful, courteous and honestly the best to deal with. We found a few small issues with the camper which some were addressed immediately and one will be satisfied as soon a a part comes in.
