Simply the best surgery ever
Poor. Discarded specimen sample today as not requested by clinician. Was it actually tested? Not able to access 'service' by phone or email. So what do you do when you feel ill ? Don't bother using this lot!!
what kind of beyond bad person "Nikki reception" over rides a drs request to call me about antibiotics & cancels the pre booked appointment! I give up. This was pre booked by a Dr with a professional opinion not personal. I'm happy to continue updating this. Time to contact the ombudsman. I'm very unwell and was expected to travel 4 miles each way to "Bratton" I explained I couldn't, "why can't family?" Because I don't have any. I was here yesterday around 11:30am Receptionist ( lady long black hair ) she completely ignore me. after referal from Trowbridge hospital -my pressure it was 166/112 and blooding from nose more than 40 min. no body help me!!!!
