I am highly disappointed with the outcome of my car wash. After the wash, I parked and adjusted my side mirror since my SUV was not wiped down. It was then that I saw a noticeable scratch/chip on my hood. This was definitely not there prior to the wash.
I went to white horse auto wash today and I paid for my truck to be washed as well as my rims and tires be cleaned and shined. When they finished and I get home I look at my truck and there is still soap residue as well as dirt and bugs still on my truck and my tires/rims weren’t cleaned nor shined... I’m disappointed in the little effort put in by the employees to make sure customers are happy...
I pay a monthly fee for my car to look so pretty when it comes out of the Warrenton white horse car wash . My car always comes out clean inside and out. Russell you always take good care of my car. I will continue to use this car wash.
Have been using their service for close to a year now and I pay for the monthly plan which for only $40 A month you get their best wash for up to 62 times that's twice a day if you really wanted to in a month. Throughout the year of service (so far will definitely be a continuing service) I have never once had a issue and the people here are amazing I highly recommend this service to everyone.
I pay for the amazing monthly service which allows you to get your car washed up to 2 times a day everyday in a month I currently stop by every other day on my way home from work to get my car washed and love the service everytime. Honestly to only pay $40 a month to get up to 62 washes a month is amazing they clean not only the outside but the inside of your car as well I would highly recommend their monthly service to everyone and anyone who likes having a nice clean and amazingly good smelling car.
They are great. Get pet hair gone. Clean inside & out! Ask for Russell!! I drive past 2 other car wash businesses to bring my truck to Warrenton.
had my car washed here about a month ago to get the road salt off - did a great job. So last week I am in Warrington - I need my car washed and thought ok. Service was rude. The soap stuff didn't rinse off my car very well. All the grim and bug stuff on the front of the car was still there. The inside detailing of my car was horrible. I had to have my car rewashed to get all the soap film off of it. I will never go back.
They do a thorough job and take the time to make sure your car is clean. I have never had to complain to anyone there. I had them lose one of my floor mats and they had no problem replacing it with a full set.
