I have been a customer for several years, but I am very dissatisfied and seriously considering canceling my membership because of the service I have been receiving. The previous visit they did not clean my wheels or shine my tires they had out training signs but it did not appear anyone was monitoring the cleaning. I am sitting at the North Charleston SC location, which used to be a Cactus Carwash, and I am very disappointed in everything so far. Been sitting in their reception area for almost 30 minutes now and they just sent our truck thru the wash, after it sat in the carwash for 5 minutes with soap on it while the wash was shut down. Very few people working outside in the different interior car lanes. Won't come back here again
I LOVED IT BETTER WHEN IT WAS CACTUS......THE WORKERS ARE GREAT BUT THESE PEOPLE WHO RUN THE COMPANY NOW DON'T HONOR THEIR CUSTOMERS OR OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES IN A REAL RIGHTEOUS MANNER. I used to work here ok we're supposed to spend 7 mins per car and we have to be lightning speed all the time ok so cut us a break if you want it done properly tell the higher up manager to give them more time with your car

She advised us how the monthly subscription works, and we have been nothing but pleased. Tara is always friendly and courteous to us and she is very knowledgeable and a hard working person.
