I used to work here ok we're supposed to spend 7 mins per car and we have to be lightning speed all the time ok so cut us a break if you want it done properly tell the higher up manager to give them more time with your car

My husband and I have been using White Horse for several years. We pay monthly which was recommended to us by Tara. She advised us how the monthly subscription works, and we have been nothing but pleased. Tara is always friendly and courteous to us and she is very knowledgeable and a hard working person. Absolutely disgusted at the state my car was when I left, after paying $60 for a Meticulous clean! My bad, because I should have checked before I left... but after the amount of money I paid it honestly shouldn’t have to be necessary to double check!! So disgusted and annoyed!!! Definitely won’t go there again and would much rather spend the time washing the car myself!!! It wasn’t vacuumed properly! Was there two weeks ago like a Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday and whomever cleaned my center console ripped the coin tray out and did not put it back as it was...so I am not happy, clean car except that and the two attendants failed to clean the inside windshield so that my issue
