Doctor was good, otherwise had a very disappointing experience. I had a phone consultation that lasted no more than two minutes, during which I received a script. I was then charged $90 — even though their own invoice states this fee only applies if the consult is longer than six minutes. When I queried it, the practice manager told me the appointment was actually 10 minutes long, but couldn’t explain what the doctor did for the other eight minutes. I've been going to doctors all around Bendigo, for once I've been experiencing true quality with respect and understanding from all the staff.
I took my 1 year old to Dr. Vijay. He didn’t even see my daughter properly and just asked to get some tests. He got pissed because my daughter was crying and I asked for medical certificate.
