I've had some mixed experiences at white hills medical practise. The doctors are pretty hit or miss but shout out to doctor Fady Henry, he is awesome. A while back ago I had an phone appointment with a doctor, but was never called. When I called the reception they told me that they had called me and I didn't answer, after talking to her we found out they had called the wrong number. Doctor was good, otherwise had a very disappointing experience. I had a phone consultation that lasted no more than two minutes, during which I received a script. I was then charged $90 — even though their own invoice states this fee only applies if the consult is longer than six minutes. When I queried it, the practice manager told me the appointment was actually 10 minutes long, but couldn’t explain what the doctor did for the other eight minutes.
