We worked with Colin trying to find an affordable plan with decent coverage. Before we ever signed up for anything, Colin spent about 3 cumulative hours on the phone with me, just going over our needs and what we were looking for. He was absolutely fantastic about listening and doing everything he could to get us a plan that would work.
