I have seen both Kuseany and Grace for physio after a shoulder injury from playing golf. They helped me get back to playing in no time at all and are helping increase my strength so that this injury doesn’t return as well as help to avoid others. I addition, they are both kind and lovely people. Highly recommend
Really good experience. I had Kuseany Thangarajah, who went above and beyond to help, giving detailed, experienced and reassuring advice. After some coaching and doing her prescribed exercises, my injury is definitely healing. She also follows up after the session to check that it’s going to plan and responds quickly to any questions. I’ve had chronic Achilles tendon issues for years. I visited the physio, Kuseany Thangarajah, and in just two seasons, the problem is under control. She combined strengthening exercises with massage and taping—and it worked! I’m able to do long walks without any flare-ups. The Clinic is friendly, professional and great value. And Kuseany is a real pro: a great listener and a thorough clinician. Highly recommended.
Kuseany was so incredibly helpful and kind after I hurt my shoulder- she quickly identified my issue and worked in tandem with my personal trainer to help me strengthen my rotator cuff. I was back to training very quickly and I was so relieved! Endless thank yous to Kuseany for helping me navigate my injury and to White Hart for their help
