Grace gave me a good analysis of my shoulder blade muscle pain followed by a very useful set of exercises. These have worked well and are now part of my routine.
My thanks to Cheli for her excellent massage therapy which is easing a persistent foot & leg injury. She has experience of working with injured dancers (I am not one!) and brings that knowledge to help me. A lovely, kind and thoughtful person - with a holistic approach.
Really impressed - Grace fixed a knee issue I had very quickly and has given great advice, guidance and communication throughout. Overall a really friendly team and highly recommend for physiotherapy.
Grace has been excellent in analysing and treating the pain in the outside of my knee. After the first session there was a vast improvement through the exercises she gave me but this then stayed at a lesser but constant level. Grace was clear in her original diagnosis and added on some more specific exercises/ weights that I can incorporate in my normal session. The pain has now almost gone after 6 sessions over a few months.
Cheli is brilliant. I have a bulging disc in my neck (C7) which causes numbness in my arms if the stress builds up. A few sessions with Cheli and I’m back to normal. Highly recommended
