This is a great facility in a welcoming town. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing nursing home care.
Feb 8, 2024 Standard report 15 deficiencies (1 infection) D to F I dont even know where to begin. This place is AWFUL!!!!!!! The staff for the most part just dont care! Why even work in LTC if this isnt something you are not passionate about!!! Family entrust you to care for their family members like you would your own! The place is SOOO outdated, there is nothing here that has been updated! The beds, the furniture, the paint, nothing! Most of the dressers etc are broken and no one seems to care. I started working at The Blossoms in White Hall in February as the Business Office Manager and I can tell you from working at other facilities for the last 5 years this is the best group of nurses and administrative team I have ever worked for. I am very blessed to be a part of a team of hard workers that love their residents as if they were their own family.
