Sad residents crowded around the door asking to go outside. No ramp and not very handicap accessible. Staff seems miserable, overwhelmed, and unorganized.
Tiffany the activity director with my daddy! She made sure he enjoyed his respite day and truly the had a great time with bingo ! Tiffany is amazing
People always talk about the bad things but hardly ever mention the good. Well I was here for therapy and I must say that they took great care of me. The CNAs, Nurses, the Therapy team, oh yes the activity director was Wonderful saw to all my needs played Bingo, crafting and so many amazing DYI projects, had party's but overall I must say it was a great stay. Being here I only had one issue that occured and I must say that the administrator fixed it without any problems.
Okay time for me to speak out. I've heard some not so good things on my Facebook Page. Telling it's not a good place to be. Well let me say this about the Blossom. They have treated me with all kinds of kindness. When I got down and ready to just give up. The Girls pushed me and got me back on track. I have learned to love them and think of them as part of my Family. I have a little one that comes to see me before she goes to school. An I have adopted her as one of mine. So don't pay attention to what you might have heard.
If you're wanting a great place that can help the elderly then this place is definitely not that place so don't waste your time with this god awful nursing home. My grandma was sitting on a hard chair for 15 minutes WHILE she has a fracture and after, she was made to walk around while she kept saying over and over that she is in ALOT of pain. My grandma also asked for toilet and was never given it, she only got it because we drove to visit her to bring her some things. She also asked for water but it took so long for the nur... read more
