I am writing in support of a friend whose family member is at this facility. The amount of stress my friend has to carry because the staff at this facility are not providing even the most basic level of care is appalling. I am writing to support a friend’s Mom who has suffered from severe neglect at this facility. It is inexcusable for a woman who has had a foot removed to be left without any rehab for several days - and virtually no personal hygiene care. I went there at 8:00 a.m. this morning the lady I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant I had asked her if they could use a stand-up Walker a regular Walker a shower chair and a wheelchair she immediately said yes ma'am you can bring it to our front doors and I will have someone come out and get them I called to say I was there I was not even a block away from their facility another lady came out she also was very pleasant she took all the stuff out of my car as she took in I held the doors for her I looked around and noti... read more

20yr USAF combat veteran here. My family member is currently at this facility. My family member has had items stolen from her room. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. The phone just rings or you are placed on hold for an extended amount of time. Dr. John Harris does not care about or check on his patients. He recently put my family member back on a strong antibiotic that was shutting down her kidneys when this is not the prescription she was given.
