The staff at WGM Berea & Richmond are phenomenal. They are welcoming, informative, and recognize challenges that come with the unpredictable nature of life events. They are happy to assist in finding solutions to scheduling conflicts when they arise. They have explained every step of the process, while in the chair during appointments and the care plan overall, reviewing as often as needed. I'm very happy to be a patient of WGM as are my children.
We have had great experiences here in the past. As someone who is immunocompromised, it’s hard to find a dentist where we can get good service and also stay healthy. We were disappointed today when the hygienist refused to wear the individually wrapped KN95 I brought. In the past, the providers have worn better masks at our request. Though I tried to explain it, she either didn’t understand that KN95s provide better protection for others or she didn’t care, I’m not sure which. They all take very good care of my son and have always checked up on Him and are able to fix any problems that occur with his braces
I always enjoy my visits with Dr. Lauren and her team. They're always so friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel at ease. My smile is perfect now, it took a while to get it that way but no more having to take pictures on the " good side " because now my teeth are perfect from every angle. I really appreciate this team and the work they did to get my smile perfect.
