Absolutely great atmosphere and employees. There's a giant lite brite for kids or adults to play with while you wait and they're really timely about getting you in for your appointments.
They were so great and informative! I left there feeling confident about what I needed to do and how to financially prepare! They even offered to follow up to see if we could wait and watch progression!
Amazing results! I expected my teeth to look better after Invisalign, but I was surprised by how good they turned out. Dr. Lauren was excellent—she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final outcome. I’m so glad I started this process seven months ago.
The staff at WGM Berea & Richmond are phenomenal. They are welcoming, informative, and recognize challenges that come with the unpredictable nature of life events. They are happy to assist in finding solutions to scheduling conflicts when they arise. They have explained every step of the process, while in the chair during appointments and the care plan overall, reviewing as often as needed. I'm very happy to be a patient of WGM as are my children.
We have had great experiences here in the past. As someone who is immunocompromised, it’s hard to find a dentist where we can get good service and also stay healthy. We were disappointed today when the hygienist refused to wear the individually wrapped KN95 I brought. In the past, the providers have worn better masks at our request. Though I tried to explain it, she either didn’t understand that KN95s provide better protection for others or she didn’t care, I’m not sure which.
