During the pandemic we moved here from Illinois and my orthodontist WAS AMAZING and I never had one bit of trouble with my retainers. When I moved here from Illinois I had to find an orthodontist I needed someone who could work on permanent retainers. With in almost 5 years of being in the state of Kentucky I have had them replace at least 5 replacement in four years. They told me that I need to have BRACES again. Never got an apology nor a discount for braces. Also, NOT ONCE did an actual doctor look at my teeth.
Excellent experience. Our daughter was so nervous and they made her feel so comfortable.. Amazing staff . Thank you
