I had a super experience with Jack and Aiden, the in stallers of my Carrier air-conditioner and Furnace. when they were finished they vacuumed the floor of the area where they worked, and also wore protective covers over their shoes. Then just before they finished for the day checked my four house filters and cleaned them. So today I'm sitting in a very comfortable cooled home. Thanks to Rusty, Jack, Aiden and Anthony for a job well done.
White Goods Services were excellent from start to finish, from speaking with the customer rep in their office to both technicians that came to our home (Wensley and Anthony) every one was so professional, personable and explained every step in detail. We had an issue that was not straight forward to diagnose at the start and the owner Russ personally called me to talk it through and sent Anthony to take a second look at everything.
