Ryan McNeal came today for my HVAC system’s 6 month service. He was so polite and explained what he was doing as he worked. It’s pouring down rain and 43 degrees outside, but he made sure that he covered his shoes to keep the water outside. I’m very happy with White Goods Services.
During the winter season I have lost heating and white good services has came out to my property to restore my heat. I set up appointments and they were out the next day Anthony my tech who came out was down to earth. Very personable and very knowledgeable about the job, breaking things down and how things work and what leads to certain problems. Absolutely fantastic service. We had a great experience with this company last year when we had to replace our AC unit. Unfortunately a part broke right as we were moving. They were able to come right out and worked hard to replace the part before our new renters moved in! The part was under warranty, so luckily we didn't pay a dime but I've never seen a company work so hard on a job that they were not making money off of. We Chose WGS to install a new Carrier AC/Furnace in our Home. When Rusty came out to give us a quote, he was very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining the products. He answered every question we had with confidence. He did not just try to sell us a unit. He made us feel like he cared about us as customers. Honest, on time, professional and their preventative maintenance plan caught an issue that could have cost me big. Rusty and the gang are good people doing good business.
