Guy came out checked everything out still have yet to get a receipt since they say email was entered in wrong on there part. Was supposed to be contacted by someone for next step still have yet to hear anything and that was last Wednesday when they came out. Almost seems like a scam since they had no problem charging my card but can't seem to handle anything else after. TLDR; White Glove gave me so much more than relief from the heat today and I immediately signed up for their maintenance program. Background: my AC had been dysfunctional for 2 weeks. I went through 3 other companies to get assessments/quotes before finding White Glove. 1st company looked at my unit and said nothing was wrong (I slept in 82 degree heat that night, so obviously the assessment was incorrect). 2nd company actually hooked up some kind of measurement system to the outdoor unit and said it was “freezing up” but wi... read more
White Glove Plumbing is absolutely amazing! As a realtor, I am constantly asked for a referral for a great plumber, Tyler Pritchett is the man! He has taken excellent care of our clients and everyone is pleased with the job done. He is professional and shows up in time and gets things done in a timely manner. Sunday evening I discovered a leak coming from one of the pipes that serves as a supplemental heat. I needed to find a company knowledgeable with my unit that did Plumbing, Heating & Air, White Glove came early Monday, Jim the technician, stopped all of the leaks, for later on to do the water repairs needed. I called them with a water meter issue and they came out the next morning. The gentlemen on site kept me in the loop throughout their work and walked me through fixing the problem. Highly recommend.
