Test on Feb 4. Billed Medicare $9000. My doctor nor I have received any results. I have called them to no avail. Evidently they change phone numbers frequently. I'm on their 3rd phone number listed online or on Medicare bill.
BEWARE!!!!! Would give negative stars if I could. This lab is part of a nationwide scam. They prey on the elderly, then send the a genetic testing kit from White Glove Medical. It is tossed on your doorstep in hopes that you use it so that they can bill Medicare. Beyond evil scam. When you call the lab, they do not answer the phone. Message that comes on tells you you have reached a Google subscriber..? What??? Sent the first test back-they send another. Going in the garbage in the future.
Horrible organization and no UPS overnight pickup. They schedule it but address is wrong and no pickup. Specimen became invalid after a week of them promising pickup twice a day. Had to send it myself. Stay away.
Honestly, at first I was skeptical of helping my grandma with getting this genetic testing done. After a couple of weeks they were able to detect certain genes that are cancerous & now we’re taking the right measures to help with her health.
These guys tried to scam my father-in-law into consenting to medical testing through the mail, presumably to bill his insurance. My wife barely intercepted the outgoing UPS shipment. He wasn't able to explain what he was sending and honestly didn't even manage to fill out the paperwork properly. My wife has power of attorney and has to drive him to any medical appointments. There was no medical necessity for whatever testing they had planned.
