We have been using André's services for many years, maybe 20? Because of its age and other issues, our house has had air quality problems. André has helped us to understand and overcome many problems, by setting up and maintaining several different systems. You can get the best equipment and the best maintenance from him and his team. Highly recommended.
We had a leak in our air handler that was dripping gallons of water a day from condensation on the cooling coil. White Glove made a Saturday morning call and diagnosed and fixed the problem by noon, ensuring the whole system was draining properly - better than before. Along the way, they diagnosed a couple of other items that required our attention that we weren’t aware of. Throughout, White Glove gave us detailed explanations. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable for a weekend call.
Called to make an appointment and they had a technician arrive that same day to fix my A/C. Great service from the first phone call to make the appointment to the technician who arrived. Will definitely recommend to anyone.
There was a small leak in one of those plastics pipes that comes out of the furnace and they fixed efficiently and at a lower cost compared to what I had quoted with two other companies. As a reference, I had a guy from another company who tried to sell me a sump pump for 3K instead of trying to fix my problem. The guy from White Glove came in and repaired the leak and cleaned my AC in one hour. Great job and professional, I’d recommend!
