The technician who came out, Oscar R., was professional and very thorough. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. He definitely earned the company 5 stars. I would also like to thank the person who expedited the scheduling problem I had when it finally came to her attention (I apologize for not remembering her name. Jeromy was on time, very professional, answered and clarified several technical questions, and left the place spotless.
Jeromy was very efficient, thorough and provided detailed information on our fireplace and dryer efficiency. When they had to reschedule, they were flexible. We were notified in advance to the arrival and were provided a picture and background on Jeromy before his arrival. We have used them for many years and will for years to come.
I hired these people because they claim to give a complete inspection with repair suggestions and a video of your chimney flute. They did not do that for me. They said the cap was stuck and did not unstick it to get the video they just did not do the full inspection. They did not suggest anything about the cap and left with a full charge on a partial service. No pride in their work. Very disappointed.
