Work on how your associates treat their customers. I pulled in to get m my car washed. There was a car ahead of me and a lady waiting in it. I got out to pay for my car wash. I was not aware that the lady was still waiting for the associate to take her payment. He came back from the car wash area and asked me what I wanted. I asked for a external only car wash. Paid over $100 today for a full detail. Generally the car looked OK with streaking. However having said that, there was still some attention needed to front cupholders and they did not clean off the bird droppings from the rooftop.
