KATIE IS THE BEST!! She made our wedding so special and made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She is such a joy to work with and will coordinate with your vendors so you can focus on spending time with your loved ones on your special day.
Katie took so much pressure off my wife and I during our wedding planning process. If you are thinking of hiring White Flamingo Events, do it!!! We booked Katie as a month-of-coordinator but the care and attention she puts into her clients' weddings go above and beyond that of a coordinator. Whenever I hit a wall in planning, she would provide me with wonderful vendor recommendations, all of which I booked. Her 1-on-1 meetings leading up to the wedding gave me so much confidence in her abilities to handle anything that could've happened, which relieved a lot of stress on my part. Katie was absolutely incredible to work with! She thought of every detail and made the entire process seamless, from the early planning stages all the way through the day-of logistics. Her passion for what she does is evident, and because of her we were able to enjoy a completely stress free wedding day. We are so grateful for all that she did to make our day so special!
I had the pleasure of working with Katie this past weekend for a wedding on the west part of Michigan! I always enjoy working with her because she is extremely organized, great with communication, and always goes over and beyond to make sure not only the guests but the vendors of a specific event feel comfortable with everything going on.
