Our wedding went so smoothly ALL thanks to Katie!! During preparations she was incredibly thorough with understanding my expectations and made sure all of our bases were covered weeks before the wedding. She made suggestions and offered advice on wedding logistics that I had never even considered. It genuinely pays to have a knowledgeable coordinator on your side! Katie did a fantastic job helping us plan our wedding day! While we technically hired her as a "Day of Coordinator" she helped us a couple months out from the actual day with several meetings helping to nail down some of the details - things we hadn't even thought of! The day of, she and her assistant helped set up all the decor and they made sure the day flowed seamlessly. It was a perfect day, thanks in large part to Katie and her team!!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We hired Katie for the day of, which also included her taking over vendor communication the final 6 weeks (so helpful). Katie exceeded our expectations, and helped make this time/day of our lives so stress-free! Her assistant was also so sweet and helpful. I can’t recommend her enough!
As a fellow vendor, Katie was great to work with. Her attention to detail and drive to make the event perfect really showed throughout the day. Communication was excellent, she kept everyone on the same page with great checkpoints throughout the night, and any questions we had were answered quickly. She made the entire process smooth for both the couple and the vendors involved.
KATIE IS THE BEST!! She made our wedding so special and made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She is such a joy to work with and will coordinate with your vendors so you can focus on spending time with your loved ones on your special day.
