Katie did a fantastic job helping us plan our wedding day! While we technically hired her as a "Day of Coordinator" she helped us a couple months out from the actual day with several meetings helping to nail down some of the details - things we hadn't even thought of! The day of, she and her assistant helped set up all the decor and they made sure the day flowed seamlessly. It was a perfect day, thanks in large part to Katie and her team!!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We hired Katie for the day of, which also included her taking over vendor communication the final 6 weeks (so helpful). Katie exceeded our expectations, and helped make this time/day of our lives so stress-free! Her assistant was also so sweet and helpful. I can’t recommend her enough!
As a fellow vendor, Katie was great to work with. Her attention to detail and drive to make the event perfect really showed throughout the day. Communication was excellent, she kept everyone on the same page with great checkpoints throughout the night, and any questions we had were answered quickly. She made the entire process smooth for both the couple and the vendors involved.
KATIE IS THE BEST!! She made our wedding so special and made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She is such a joy to work with and will coordinate with your vendors so you can focus on spending time with your loved ones on your special day.
Katie took so much pressure off my wife and I during our wedding planning process. She went out of her way to not only meet with us as frequently in person as possible but also offered so many creative and unique ideas for our big day. Her vast pool of vendors that she was able to recommend to us and then do all of the communication on our behalf let us focus on the love and excitement of our wedding.
