I really enjoyed the vibe here, approachable and knowledgeable staff, clean layout, and great service. Kayla answered my questions about the service thoughtfully before we started. I also really enjoyed the service list online, which outlined options to a degree that I think other service providers do not. It made me more confident to book an appointment somewhere I hadn't been before. Thanks so much for my vacation nails, I'll definitely be back in the future :)
My husband and I were gifted a gift certificate. We both had pedicures and I had shellac. When we left we both said that was the best pedicures we have ever had. Thanks so much to Kayla and Hilary they were wonderful. We would highly recommend White Elm Spa.
I heard about White Elm Spa from friends & decided to try a facial from them. I have never had one before so I didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I walked in, Sylvia was warm & welcoming. She was absolutely amazing, made my first facial a wonderful experience. She shared tips for combatting dry skin (especially in winter), made sure I was comfortable at all times & provided a top tier experience. I’ll definitely be back.
