Had the most wonderful spa day featuring a foot detox, massage with Josie and facial with Savannah! Everyone was so kind, attentive, and personable. The atmosphere was cozy, boutique and very peaceful. I can’t wait to go back and experience more of their unique treatment options. I was also such a fan of their natural skin care products I purchased some to use at home! Very much looking forward to coming back. :)
Update July 2025: after some time I came back because of my amazing therapist/aesthetician, Mindy. I updated my review to 4/5 starts (for now). She ensures I receive amazing customer service, and is the reason I gave white elm another chance. I hope it continues to go well as I prefer to have a loyalty to a particular individual for services and Mindy is great. I have been a client at White Elm for several years.
