I had an issue with an outside outlet that kept tripping repeatedly. I called White Electric, and immediately received a text and email confirming the date, time, and the name of the electrician who would be performing the work. A wonderful booking experience. It turned out the problem was simply a bad light causing the outlet to trip, and the outlet housing had been installed upside down. They had a difficult time dealing with the electrical in my old house and spent 2 days on location. They did not charge me more than the estimate even though the job was very time consuming. The one tech had a bit of an anger management issue but otherwise these guys are great.
