I DON’T recommend renting from them if you’re expecting your deposit back. I rented from Mr. White for 3yrs never had a problem until it was time to receive my deposit. I followed all the steps for the move out process and even paid out of pocket to have the apartment cleaned and they still deducted it from my deposit stating I left everything dirty except a ceiling fan.
