Only met the dr once for a procedure, however spoke with the nurse (or secretary, whoever answers the phone for the nurse line) several times. She’s wildly unprofessional. I waited one month for test results and called several times. She was beyond rude and never called me back with the results. I had to call 5 times in one month to finally get the results and after she told me she just said mmmhmm and hung up on me. I’d overlook this if the dr was amazing but he is not.
