Very clean and cooperative. Very seldom but occasionally if someone gets way behind we overlock their unit, as any storage company does. Thus the owner of that unit gets upset and writes a bad review. Every opportunity is given for all customers to get caught up if they were to fall behind.

These storage units are very clean and dry. The rates are also very reasonable. Steve, the owner, was very pleasant and helpful. We had a great experience and would highly recommend White Eagle Storage.
The owner Steve is an absolute joke and a down right bigot. Consumer service is horrible. Never returns a phone call! An his secretary (wife) is a real waste of time women is worthless. Rent a unit else where save yourself the aggravation.
