Have not recommended this credit union for quite some time. Noticed that the staff at the Augusta branch has gone down hill in the past six months for customer service. Plus, since the work had been done on their website and changed everything. Now we are having way to many problems with even getting online. Not worth the trouble any more.

Horrible horrible horrible banking institution. The system is ALWAYS crashing, and now on a Friday at close someone transfers EVERY PENNY I have to my name because a teller apparently made a “mistake” but they can’t fix it until Monday!!!

Seriously what is it with your online issues!? If it wasn’t 5min from my house I’d close my account. I’m am SERIOUSLY tired of your system not recognizing my login. Every time you change something with your system I seem to get denied access because it won’t authenticate my login. It’s ridiculous
Been a customer for almost 10 years now and had mostly positive experiences with a few issues peppered here and there. With that said my most recent issue has me very upset. I will be taking my business elsewhere and cannot recommend White Eagle at this time.
Very friendly service! a they can always help out when you need it. It's not busy like all the big banks.
