rip off. They take your money and don't respond to issues
just paid $12 for a car wash around 7:15 PM on 3/11/2020. I slowly went forward on green until it said "Out of Position" so I backed up and waited. It never changed so I backed up almost all the way out. Light turned green again so I pull forward again. Next the light turned red for a out 10 seconds, then simply shut off. They outright stole my money. I will never go here again.

I used your car wash recently and it was to cost $5. My credit card was charged $20 and I cannot get a hold of anyone to get the situation rectified.
