I have worked with Robert and White Door for 10 years. I hired him to manage my rental property when I moved out of West Lafayette. He was always efficient, reliable, and attentive to detail with all of my tenants. When I made the decision to sell my property, he guided me through the process. We listed it and it sold right away. Escrow was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. I would highly recommend this company to those looking for property management or buying/selling!
Robert is a good landlord, treats tenants fairly and is very professional and empathetic. Coming out of a traumatic situation from out of state, moving to Lafayette and feeling out of place. It is nice to know there are good landlords still and Robert is one of them. I recommend White Door Realty if you want to be treated fairly!

Wouldn’t recommend! White door reality is a very bad place to rent from and deal with. If you are thinking of renting or buying from these petty people MAKE SURE TO GET YOURSELF A SECOND OPINION FROM A LAWYER and MAKE SURE YOU DOCUMENT AND TAKE PHOTOS OF EACH ISSUE IN THE HOME BEFORE YOU ARE SETTLED. DOCUMENT EACH REQUEST. KEEP TRACK OF ALL CONVERSATIONS. SORRY TO ANYONE WHO HAS TO DEAL WITH THESE SLUMLORDS. THEY WILL PULL ILLEGAL STUNTS! PRAYING FOR THE CURRENT TENANTS
