I had a truly aweful time with all interactions throughout my year long lease. Since the first day I moved into the property there were very serious, somewhat dangerous issues. The first night I used the bathroom, the toilet nearly fell over due to a lack of the wax seal. The "new" flooring was supported by the cardboard boxes the flooring came in, and my neighbor's dog nearly took my finger off. The neighborhood i was in was very memorable.
