I came first time on Friday paid $120 for a mani pedi and that’s fine. But a nail popped off already so I came back they were busy so I waited, my turn comes to fix my one nail then after starting my tech gets up to go laugh with another customer while filing her nails as she was getting a pedicure for a good 10 minutes. Honestly Im unsure if she is the owner or just the manager. However, that female was assigned to do my pedicure and she got carried away speaking to her other coworkers. She had cut my nails shorter than I liked. She also added her own tip to the bill, which I let slide. Just don't try and hide the fact that you did. At this point I didn't care and was to upset. I’ve been coming to White Diamond since it first opened its doors, and I will not go anywhere else. My gel manicure always last 3-4 weeks and my gnarly ingrown nails don’t stand a chance. This place truly is a Norwalk gem. Update 3/25 I’m leaving to Japan tomorrow and wanted a pedi from the nail shop that consistently treats me well and does a great job on my nails.
