I hired Kevin and his team to spread mulch at my home in Sarasota. Kevin was so communicative and courteous. The team did a very good job and I am happy with them overall.
White Diamond Landscaping conducted follow up corrective actions and replanting citing inadequate watering/care of plantings by my spouse in my absence. Upon my return, I observed palm and hibiscus root balls 4-6” above grade and after excavating each, discovered all to be root bound. This is an edited review that gives credit to management for follow up and expresses my concern for shallow plantings.
Super grateful to Jonathan and the team at White Diamond Landscape. They were super professional and really helped make my house look so much better with their landscaping. I will definitely be using them in the future and 10/10 recommend!!
Update: They have come out and made things right. Incorrect plants, unfinished project and an expensive plant that came yellowing and barely leafed. That was two months ago and a promise to complete the job (already paid in full) and no contact from this company.
