This venue falls short in too many categories. If all youre looking for is a big space then this might work for you. But if you're wanting timely service, decent food and good drinks then I'd look elsewhere cause you're definitely not getting that here.
Great venue
I recently hosted an event at white diamond banquet & conference center and I was very disappointed with the overall experience. The staff were unorganized, communication was poor, and things did not go as planned. The setup was delayed, and the hall was not properly cleaned before guests arrived. For the price we paid, the service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone planning a special occasion. Even now they are not answering my calls. if you need more information, i will provide you .
We booked with White Diamond Conference Center in May to host our wedding celebration and we have never been so disappointed. Management refused to take any accountability, in fact the owner Adam threw a temper tantrum when we brought to his attention what was promised on the contract. 0/10. Would absolutely not recommend. I attended a wedding at this venue at the end of May, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. The building was unbearably hot, despite the 30+ degree weather outside. At one point, it was actually cooler outside than inside..completely unacceptable for an event venue.
