A medical service provider has a considerable responsibility to those they serve since it affects their clients health. White Cross does not take that responsibiliy seriously and on top of that are rude and make you come in multiple times, each time to tell you it's not ready. Taking a week to fill a prescription is excessive. I've moved all my prescriptions to a pharmacy better able to handle both the quantity of prescriptions and the quality of care.
Extremely slow and the cashier makes mistakes ringing things up so we have to go back. UPDATED REVIEW: pharmacy told us Idaho law prohibited them from filling a prescription. We told the prescribing doctor who said no, that's inaccurate. Sent the prescription to another local pharmacy that filled it without issue. Makes me very concerned about what's going on here.
