We were very excited about going to the White Cottage; I was there many years ago. We waited almost 40 minutes for our order with at least 5 parties who got their food ahead of us. Once we got it, both meals were cold. We asked about our meal, but no apology, no real interest in our satisfaction. The food was good, but would have been better if it was served hot and we would not have been so agitated if we did not see so many people getting their meals ahead of us.
