Sadly I had to "quit" My Doctor after years of being dismissed and Frankly He is just a Rude Little Man in general. I have No doctor now! And that is better than having to see him.
Dr. Badenhorst has been my doctor for over 3 years, yet I have never met him before today! This is TOTALLY my fault, as I always found a way to get out of appointments., etc. I was absolutely blown away today when I finally met him! I was waiting less than 5 minutes, and he came in, and he was just so casual and chill, I REALLY liked him right away and got excellent vibes from him. If you want to get treated horribly I would recommend this place. Dr.Badenhorst does not know how to treat people who are going through difficult times. Will not renew prescriptions when needed and which forces patients to quit SNRIs cold turkey. Does not care for his patients. Or their mental health. Bad attitude. Very abusive towards women. Forces in person appointments when not needed. Does not consider other people’s working situations.
Dr M Badenhorst is by far the best Doctor I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, action oriented and extremely professional. I am very grateful for the healthcare I am receiving.
I used to love this place but now.... NOPE!! I was at the hospital with my kid and missed my appointment. They don't have a voicemail service and no one was picking up the phones so now I have to pay 30$ just so I can go see my doctor because I missed my appointment? What a joke! Do better, this is messed up! 😡
