Arrived 10 minutes early for a 9:00 AM appointment today for an issue Pat told me it would take 1 1/2-2 hours to repair. Called back and spoke with Ryan 2 1/2 hours later and they had not started on it. he told me it would be an all day job at that point and would not be ready for quite some time. 1) Why do they take appointments if they don't honor them? 2) Why does one person tell you it's a 1 1/2-2 hour job and another say it will take all day?
