I really appreciated the care and professionalism the funeral director and office staff showed during the initial planning process. Your guidance made a difficult time much easier for our family, and we truly appreciated that. I did want to share some feedback regarding the graveside portion of the service. Unfortunately, the transition from the mausoleum to the gravesite did not reflect the same level of professionalism.
