Walked in, greeted quickly by a very cool guy, sent to the back & loaded super quick by another cool guy. Great service.
Saw one of the work trucks in Santa Maria and he drove so unsafe and had no care for the safety of other drivers. Look up the “shopping cart theory” if you want to know why you shouldn’t support this company.
I am a novice about home improvement issues. I had questions about earthquake retrofit hardware as named on various estimates. Scott answered my call and couldn't have been more helpful. He was very patient, knowledgeable and not once made me feel that I was asking dumb questions (he wasn't condescending at all). Excellent representative at White Cap.
