If there was a 0 star I would leave it. White Cap is not a company that holds up to the standards that they claim in their slogans what the portrait to customers as well as employees. Especially James Patchin (district operations manager)he is lair and for sure racist, he nor Ryan Flashner listen to concerns that are brought up by employees that are African-American, if your of the Latin community it's a urgency to find a solution.
