the front counter female person was full of rudeness, ignorance, and has no knowledge of your products or prices; does not have customer service skills; talks down on customers, does not greet or acknowledge the customers as you approach the counter. Excellent company! Fast unload time and friendly staff
I would give this place a 4 star review, but there's a girl at the front counter who makes sure your experience is below one star. I don't know her name(hair with highlights). She yawns in your face, doesn't respond when you say good morning or thank you, doesn't know the inventory, gives you prices for the wrong items as a consequence. It is very unfortunate that one person with these qualities is usually the first and last impression when you go into the store.
