This place is a joke if you're a Truck Driver! I deliver locally, and can't remember a time where my manager didn't have to call them and ask if they would unload me because I had been sitting there over an hour. Most of the time we get told they "forgot" we were there. We have to arrange out entire day around this stop because they don't want to work.
Since white Cap can’t seem to put signs out for delivery drives & expects us to read people’s minds. So when you arrive on Lancaster ave traveling westbound. 3 lane rd. Park on the right in the shoulder you’ll be pretty much on the side walk of this busy road. Walk into the building I guess the “ store “. There you’ll let them know you’re outside with a delivery for them. They will then radio the forklift guys letting them know they have a delivery out front. Great! Had delivery here, got in at 8 am, full trailer unloaded in 20 minutes. Nice people. Respect!
Worst place for delivery. Yard it’s a mess maybe a landfill looks more clean then this place and also had me waiting for two hours to get 20 pallets out of my trailer
