Eric & White Cap catering is great, he is easy to communicate with, his catering options had everything we were looking for and he had no issue adjusting the menu for dietary restrictions. The delivery process with disposable buffet setup was smooth and kept everything warm. The food is delicious, it was absolutely perfect for our needs and we could not recommend more!!
I'm going to preface my comment with we were not able to go with White Cap Catering for our wedding as our venue has a set caterer already. That being said they definitely deserve a review and are number 1 choice for catering. We met them at the 2024 wedding show in Seaside Oregon. They were for lack of a better word amazing. The samples were delicious and were presented beautifully. They also gave us so much insight into the area pertaining to weddings which was so nice and really helped us along in planning. Our wedding reception was made so wonderful by the team at White Cap. Our food was incredible, the staff was attentive but discreet and the bar was well taken care of. They also helped with some last minute changes that needed to be made and handled everything with care. Would highly recommend!
Adrin and the team at White Cap Catering catered our wedding and it was absolutely perfect! We had passed champagne and appetizers, dinner buffet and dessert service. The food was amazing, our guests are still talking about it - it was both delicious and presented beautifully. Adrin was wonderful to work with, very detailed and kept up communication throughout the entire planning process. I would highly recommend White Cap to cater any event!
