Lauryn is always professional and is so so talented!!
Lauryn is amazing. I haven't had my hair done often, so while I had a general idea of what I wanted, I didn't know the details. She talked me through my options, let me know the cons of some of them, and definitely put me at ease. I ended up with the haircut I had envisioned and much more relaxed trip than I had imagined.
After years of trying out cost cutters and big box hair cuts I had given up. I'd been resorting to cutting my own hair over the sink and realizing honestly it was better than the $20-$30 cut. But it still wasn't quite the best look usually. They never got things level, loose wild hairs all over. Just a bummer and a barrage of cuts by people who didn't give any effs. She was so professional and patient. She explained every step of her process and gave product and styling tips. A true professional with a passion for what she does. Can't wait to go back!
