They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets before we moved into our townhome in Sacramento. Earl and Jamie cleaned 3 rooms, including 2 on the upper floor, using a strong truck-mounted hose system. They treated and sanitized pet-stained areas, and the carpets looked fresh, clean, and almost like new afterward. They also felt very soft underfoot.
