Not a reflection of White Bison, but unfortunately, I won't be back to this location as long as parking requires me to enter personal information. Grabbing a coffee should be hassle free. It shouldn't require: park, scan, enter email, enter phone number, enter address, enter license plate, enter duration, enter credit card details, remember to validate, and if you don't validate...get charged. Great coffee shop, but this gimmick goes against my principles.
Good biscuits, good coffee, good coworking space, great people and prices! Edit: unfortunately the parking lot is no longer free as it's run by metropolis, you only get 2 hr free parking and you are required to "check in" your car. This is completely senseless money-grabbing because this lot is almost never above 30% usage at any time. I hate the way this town is getting overrun with paid parking lots. I have really tried to give this place an honest shot because it is so convenient (I’ve been about 6 times) and every time I have had an issue. I can be the only person in line and it still takes 15 min to get a breakfast sandwich done. There is always an issue with the computer or there are too many mobile orders and while that isn’t necessarily on the employees I also think they are understaffed and the pace isn’t urgent whatsoever. I was impressed with the level of service at this location. I believe I bought something here 7+ years ago and I didn’t feel the vibe I did today. It felt like a neighborhood coffee shop, the baristas were very friendly and smiling even at 6 am. I make my own lattes at home and the one I got was really good. I will definitely visit them again since I work a couple miles away.
Very nice coffee shop, manager is very friendly , and nice … drinks were great… however, lady working there with the manager was rude , and unfriendly , I don’t think we’ll be going back …
