I have really tried to give this place an honest shot because it is so convenient (I’ve been about 6 times) and every time I have had an issue. I can be the only person in line and it still takes 15 min to get a breakfast sandwich done. There is always an issue with the computer or there are too many mobile orders and while that isn’t necessarily on the employees I also think they are understaffed and the pace isn’t urgent whatsoever. I was impressed with the level of service at this location. I believe I bought something here 7+ years ago and I didn’t feel the vibe I did today. It felt like a neighborhood coffee shop, the baristas were very friendly and smiling even at 6 am. I make my own lattes at home and the one I got was really good. I will definitely visit them again since I work a couple miles away.
Very nice coffee shop, manager is very friendly , and nice … drinks were great… however, lady working there with the manager was rude , and unfriendly , I don’t think we’ll be going back …
