We’ve been here for 4 years . Paid on time every month . Keep our yard nice and follow the rules .My issue is we never get a response for any repairs that are needed to be done. Our screen door has been broken since May . My first call to the office 5-12. There are other small repairs that need to be done . Never do we get a return phone call . If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been trying to get ahold of sales department for weeks.. left a couple of messages and filled out inquires online! Finally get ahold of Shamus who is horribly rude to me, when I ask questions regarding a home that I’m interested in buying. Then he tries to bait and switch me with a different home. My daughter calls and asks about the 1st home and at 1st he was all nice and telling her the home is available. But then she asks him why he told me that it wasn’t available?! H... read more
