Always enjoy starting my Saturday with Char's power yoga class. As a fairly new student to the discipline of yoga, I appreciate White Bear Yoga's efforts to help me grow and develop my practice. Katie's Running and Breathing Club allows me to take what I have learned in my yoga practice and transition it to my running. I am grateful for the energy shared and the enthusiasm of the staff and fellow students.

I have been enjoying many of the classes offered at White Bear Yoga. The staff is extremely friendly, warm and knowledgeable. Zumba, yoga and currently our running and breathing group are some of my favorites. There's something for everyone at all levels and the pricing is very reasonable.

Had my first class with Samantha last night. She was so helpful and was great at walking through everything. It was a very enjoyable experience :)
