Charged us $24 for tire disposal. It was a winter summer swap. No tires were disposed. EVERY SINGLE TIME we take the tires there to be swapped out magically a wheel stud is broken. I rotate the tires myself year round and make sure the tires are torque to spec. Do not ever take your vehicle here. They will make up anything to make a dime. Terrible service. Worse wait times and communication.
I continue to be impressed by the level of professionalism at the White Bear Subaru Service Department. On 2/23/26 I brought in my 2024 Subaru Outback for routine maintenance. I worked with Sam K. He was a pleasure to work with, and made the the entire process easy and smooth. He took the time to answer all of my questions.
My wife and I leased a brand-new 2025 Subaru Impreza from White Bear Subaru only three weeks ago. The car had around 200 miles on it when we noticed a crack/cut in the wheel while filling the tire. This is something that should never happen on a new vehicle, and we brought it in expecting the dealership to stand behind their product. Instead, the experience was terrible. Brought car in for warranty work but was charged a diagnostic fee and attempted to charge for camera calibration. Dan was unpleasant and prioritized profit over customer service making MANY assumptions over facts. Will not return to this dealer; had to escalate to Subaru Corporate for resolution.
