My wife and I leased a brand-new 2025 Subaru Impreza from White Bear Subaru only three weeks ago. The car had around 200 miles on it when we noticed a crack/cut in the wheel while filling the tire. Brought car in for warranty work but was charged a diagnostic fee and attempted to charge for camera calibration. Dan was unpleasant and prioritized profit over customer service making MANY assumptions over facts. Will not return to this dealer; had to escalate to Subaru Corporate for resolution.
Great service
Service has always been explained to me clearly and they do a great job. Videos of the inspection sent to my phone during the service wasn't something I expected but absolutely love. Thanks, advisor Charlie and Jet!
