I have lived in this complex for 3 years and would have stayed longer if it wasn't for some medical issues. I have been very happy living here. The Manager, Adrea, is wonderful. So nice and any issue I had, which was only 2, she made sure it was taken care of right away. My apartment is so nicely renovated, has all new windows and is spacious. Thank you for a great stay!
I have lived on this property several years, it's a very pleasant, peaceful, unique property. The management is kind and respectful. Recently there has been many updates to the property. The landscaping around the property is amazing. They put a new windows, new patio doors. New carpet is in the hallways. Freshly painted hallways. I lived at this complex for 11 years and all of those years it was a wonderful place to live. My apartment was spacious and we loved the park right in the backyard! Onsite manager (Andrea) was always very caring and attentive!!
We lived at this complex for over 10 yrs * Andrea the site Mgr is a monster. She forced us into a month to month agreement for extorting more money from 2 guys on disability. Our lease was due July 1st every yr until she decided to run us out with a 45 day vacate letter. We were put out jan 15 of 2022 & my brother collapsed with no strength to move a box. Mark passed away 5 weeks later & died horriblly bitter over how we were treated. Please pay close attn to this post. She is pure evil & absolutely do not trust her.
Me and my girlfriend have been living here for a year now and plan to continue living here for the foreseeable future! Everyone is extremely pleasant and our building manager is the friendliest person you'll meet! They shovel right away and take good care of the lot on a timely manner. The layout is very nice with lots of space offering multiple options to how you want to furnish. I do my laundry one day a week and never have issues with waiting on others for the machines or vise versa! Highly recommended!
