So supposedly this place has new owners!!! We weren’t able to pay our storage on the site.. tues morning we got locked out for being late.. not even 24 hours! We have been renting here for 20 years!! Good lord!! Ya I am going to let you hold my 45 thousand dollar trailer hostage for your lousy $105 rent? I don’t have access to pay online.. I can’t go to the office because they locked us out at midnight of May 1! Is that really even late? And no one is returning our calls? What should we do? This makes me sick!!!

Tom, the previous owner was awesome. Rented for several years. New owners are corporate. Cant rent to me because of our size. Hasn’t been an issue before. I miss the small business owners.
